MY VERDICT: Robert hit the red carpet at The Beverly Hilton Hotel for the HFPA Grants Banquet where he wore a head-to-toe lean Gucci look. The 28-year-old actor selected a sharp black notch lapel two button Viaggio suit partnered with a white dress shirt and a charcoal tie. He polished the suit off with a pair of cherry-brown lace up shoes.

 This event was low-key enough to keep it simple, but I’m sure he’ll go back to his bolder ways if/when promotes his movies scheduled at TIFF and NYFF later this year.

MY VERDICT: Robert was brilliant in bright blue as he hit the red carpet wearing head-to-toe Alexander McQueen for “The Rover” premiere at Regency Bruin Theatre in Westwood, California.
The 28-year-old English actor, sporting a twisted coif and a little bit of scruff, turned to the luxury British fashion house for his impeccably tailored suit; a sharp 2-button double vent wool jacket and straight trousers from the Spring/Summer 2014 Menswear Collection partnered with a white dress shirt, a skinny black silk tie, and black leather dress boots.

FYI: Robert wore his McQueen suit for a taping of “Jimmy Kimmel Live” shortly before the premiere as well.

MY VERDICT: Robert stepped out for the premiere of “The Rover” this evening during the Sydney Film Festival in Australia. For the third red carpet in a row, the 28-year-old English actor opted for a traditional black suit, however, this time it came from Gucci.
The choice shouldn’t come as much of a surprise considering Robert has a prominent reputation of wearing suits from the Italian fashion house

MY VERDICT: After only a brief break since his trip to the Cannes Film Festival late last month, Robert was back on the promo grind today in Sydney.... 

Proving that a pop of color goes a long way yet again, Rob opted for quite the spiffy casual ensemble. He kept his cool in a classic white t-shirt, his favorite black Dior Homme bomber jacket and vintage adidas “Nikka” black and white sneakers, but Rob took the look to a brighter level with mustard-orange slim fit pants by Dockers–cuffed at the ankles, which seems to be his summer thing.

A touch of stubble, his signature slightly disheveled mane, and a golden tan completed Rob’s look.

MY VERDICT: After sporting a bright green blazer and indigo jeans this afternoon for “The Rover” photocall at the Cannes Film Festival, Robert was all smiles as he hit the red carpet for the prestigious midnight premiere following a pre-screening soirée. 

Considering his current involvement with Dior Homme as the face of the men’s fragrance, it came at no surprise at all that the handsome English actor would suit up in a head-to-toe look from the luxury French fashion house. 

Rob wore a black arched lapel tuxedo, white dress shirt, and a black bow tie. I’m usually campaigning to see him in bold color (and I always will), but Rob never fails to impress in a sharp, well-tailored classic suit. As I said before–he gives good tux. 

A shiny pair of patent calf and canvas lace up shoes completed his look.

MY VERDICT: Robert joined the crew from his new movie “The Rover” — including costar Guy Pearce and director David Michôd, this morning for their official Cannes Film Festival photocall ahead of the midnight premiere later today. 

The 28-year-old actor kicked the day of promo off dressed in a rich green Marni cotton-blend two button blazer, which helped to brighten up his otherwise dark ensemble. He wore a black Marc Jacobs three button polo shirt with a pair of slim fit A.P.C. “New Cure” raw denim jeans in a deep indigo. 

I always dig a well placed pop of color, and this is no exception. It should go without saying at this point how much I love it when Rob wears green; not only does it highlight both his hair color and eyes, but it complimented his sun-kissed complexion today.
Robert completed his look with a gold watch and a pair of black ACNE Studios “Adrian” vintage sneakers.
